Meet Our Family

Katelyn Keene Nestor

Owner and Creator of Peachy Keene & Freelance Floral Designer

Flower farming and floral designing are the most enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding jobs I’ve ever had. I get to grow and share flowers, connect with my clients, and bring people joy with what I create - what’s not to love? When I’m not out in the field or designing in my studio, you can find me freelancing for other floral designers, practicing watercolor painting, listening to podcasts, watching DIY videos, or traveling with my husband. I graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint (Go Blue!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and minors in Business and Environmental Science. We made the move to the Savannah area in 2022, and we’ve been loving our new coastal home!

Logan & Jeremy Toomey

Logan is my younger sister and my go-to for creative brainstorming, photography, and marketing ideas. She constantly keeps me laughing and is one of the most goal-driven people I know. She’s the sweetest peach of us all, and I hope you get a chance to meet her - she’s really that great.

Our family hit the jackpot when Jeremy joined our crazy crew. He has a communications and media background, and he has an eye for creative problem solving that constantly blows me away. From woodworking to electronics, taxes and business strategy to creating videos and product photos, Jeremy is always there to help our family with a humble, servant heart.

Mike & Kristina Keene

My parents are both highly creative individuals, and they encourage me to try all kinds of crazy things - like starting a flower farm at the start of Covid. I am incredibly grateful for this push, as well as for the help they continually give. My mom stepped up to take on the management and operations at our Michigan location so that our loyal customers would be looked after when I moved down south. She also fields my hundreds of business questions with grace, which is further proof that she’s an angel. My dad helps me build and wire everything. He is the brains and handyman behind all of the structures and equipment that makes this business possible. Not to mention, they let me turn part of their backyard into a giant dirt plot to grow flowers in. They really are the best.

Paul Nestor

Paul is my best friend, husband, and encouragement extraordinaire. He helps me with financial analysis, business planning, and all things numbers. It was actually his idea a few years ago that we should start a flower shop, given my fascination with plants. This idea blossomed faster than I was expecting, but I’m all the more grateful for it. We’re hoping to build our own farm and add alpacas into the mix at some point, so I’m looking forward to many more crazy adventures!
