Our booking process begins with a cheerful hello and congratulations to our happy couples! We know that planning weddings and events can get overwhelming quickly, so we strive to be as transparent and helpful as possible during your decision making process.

Each client gets a customized floral proposal that is curated to their floral vision and goals based on a brief phone or email consultation. In the consultation, we’ll ask you what your color palette is and what vibe/aesthetic you would like to achieve with your event. We’ll also ask about the number of wedding party members and guests you estimate will be attending. Once we’ve chatted about the details of your event, we will put the proposal together with your inspiration photos and build the visuals from there.

We offer our clients one complementary proposal edit before booking. The proposal will remain a fluid collaboration between us until 6 weeks before your event, when we will begin ordering the blooms and materials to create your floral vision. A signed contract and a paid 25% non-refundable retainer will secure your date.
