2025 Summer Bouquet Subscription: Enjoy Fresh Blooms Twice a Month
Treat yourself to a gorgeous, farm-fresh bouquet twice a month during our 2025 summer season! With the 2025 Summer Bouquet Subscription, you'll receive a 100% locally grown, seasonal bouquet every other week from June through August, for a total of 6 bouquets. Each bouquet will be wrapped in kraft paper and filled with a mix of beautiful, long-lasting flowers and foliage.
Since all of our flowers are grown right here on the farm, the varieties you receive will change throughout the season, giving you something new and exciting each time. From lisianthus and larkspur to sunflowers and dahlias, you’ll enjoy the best of what summer has to offer!
How It Works:
Bouquets can be picked up at our Swartz Creek, Michigan location, starting the beginning of June through August. We offer Wednesdays and Saturdays as the pickup days. To ensure the highest quality blooms, your flowers will be bundled to order and removed from our cooler just before your chosen pickup date and time. We will notify you as the season approaches with updates regarding the schedule and specific pickup dates and times.

To arrange a subscription as a gift, please indicate this on the order form and ensure your email address is provided, rather than the recipient’s.
Important Details:
We understand that scheduling conflicts do arise. In these instances, please text Kristina at (810) 610-2322 at least twelve (12) hours in advance to reschedule your pickup. Without prior notification, we cannot hold your bouquet. If you will be out of town during the subscription period, please plan accordingly.
Your pre-order confirms your spot and guarantees that four bouquets of our highest quality flowers will be inspected, harvested, arranged and stored in our cooler until just before your selected time slot. There are no partial or full refunds after the subscription has been purchased. If you are unable to attend your pickup day, we recommend sending a flower friend or family member in your place to pick up your order. If you are sending someone else to pick up your bouquet that week please let us know in advance. We are also happy to donate your flowers to a local nursing home or a friend in need.
